Resident & family reviews
My mom stayed at this Brookdale on Pelham Road for 3 days and two nights. The best I can describe it is it was horrifying for her. She did not get fed properly, she did not get attended to when she needed to go to the bathroom, and the staff was not at all kind. I had never been in a facility like that before. But now I know the difference from a good facility to a bad one. My mom is now in NHC on Pelham Road and it is wonderful.
