Gardens at Eastside

The Gardens at Eastside is affiliated with the Greenville Hospital System. This relationship establishes a support system for residents in need of services, such as primary and specialty medical care, hospice, and home health. This relations ship includes free teen visits by a GHS geriatric physician. Apartment range from $2000 for a shared studio to $3850 for private three room apartment with a den and foyer. All other services are paid for on an individual basis including diabetic management, incontinence management and Alzheimer's care. There is also a $3000 admission fee $125 security pendant fee and a $500 motorized cart fee. The Gardens at Eastside is can assist residents with obtaining potential VA benefits.
