I have used Seniors Benefit Services to explain insurance paperwork to my mother because I was out of town and could not understand what she was trying to explain. Ms. Gordon, went to her home took all of the billing statements she had. She contacted the insurance companies and the doctors offices and managed to get them to clear up what was need. As well as get them to refile some of her other claims the correct way. My family was thankful for these types of services especially being that I live out of state. We will defiantly us them again.
