Former Employee CNA Jayme Lee Roppel

This place is amazing. I did not realize at the time how amazing and wonderful of a place Christian Care was. I left without proper notice but I would give anything to be employed back at Christian Care of Cheatham County again in the future. I have worked several places since then and they have all been horrible I would not send a loved one to any of these places but Christian Care I worked there for 2 years and everyone was wonderful to work with and the residents were all very happy and well cared for. I was stupid for leaving such a wonderful place but this was my first CNA job I just didn't know what I had. You know sometimes the grass looks greener. I have tons of very useful experience now and I would love to come back and work for them again in the future. I would be a life long employee because I now realize what else is out there and it is not very good. The grass is not always greener.
