Disappointed that this place is now either short staffed or else significant motivational issues driving lack of responsiveness unless family creates a stink. It used to be better. Started going downhill in 2018. Look around. I deeply regret I was not able to sit on top of management and medical staff to ensure my sweet mom was treated with respect and consideration. Custodial care was inconsistent and several times was left in nasty briefs for more than half hour after reported. Meaning it was even longer from the event. Bruises on legs went uncared for until family complained. Why? Their doctor and medical staff overlooked her decline and did not attend to the problems we were seeing and trying to get addressed. Blood tests the last week of her life showed her at a higher level then others her age, but yet she was declining. Why? She was alive and then she was dead. Don't waste your money on that medical team. Don't let your loved one die alone in this facility. How heartless. A true lack of responsibility to the individual and the trust of the family.
