Cedar Hill Nursing Home Needs to be closed

1.) The building is small, outdated and does not have modern amenities. 2.) Staff is rude and short tempered 3.) Administrator does not care about the rights of the patients 4.) The social worker Marion is a poor communicator and fails to listen or resolve any problems...she lies and inflates the truth...makes matter worse...and does not know how to communicate with patients. 5.) They fail to match patients with compatible room-mates 6.) They allow patients items to be stolen...then deny the incident happened 7.) patient's rooms are small 8.) They fail to change patients in a timely manner 9.) patient's getting bed sores 10.) They do not keep patient room tidy and neat 11.) Everything is mismatched and outdated 12.) Some of the patient's rooms are kept at 60' 13.) They don't have adequate parking 14.) There laundry has 1 washing machine for the whole facility 15.) The staff is messy and unpleasant to be around 16.) They have changed over administrator 3 times in 2 years 17.) Mishandle trust fund accounts - allows patients to be exploited 18.) They attempt to get guardianship of everyone without a family 19.) The staff is sometime mean to patients who piss them off 20.) They discourage patients from sitting up...try to keep them in bed most of the day 21.) bed broken 22.) emergency cord not kept attached to patient's beds 23.) patients not given water on a regular basis 24.) Kitchen area always cold 25.) no place to exercise 26.) The facility alters responsible party documents - takes people off without cause 27.) The patient's don't even have a microwave they can use 28.) They abuse patients 29.) Seen wheel chairs stained with fecal matter and smelling of urine 30.) I WOULD NOT PUT MY LOVE ON IN CEDAR HILL IF I LOVED THEM!!!
