A friend of mine has lived here for 10 years. It is a fine place to live, except there is a front desk employee that routinely calls her up to ask for food, and who asks her to buy things for her when my friend goes to the store. Often when I visit my friend, this employee takes forever to open the gate to the parking garage, and one day when I pressed the button more than once, she shouted at me AND called my elderly friend to tell her I was rude, which upset my friend very much. This woman does not need to work in a service industry and I feel bad for the elderly people she is supposed to help.

This facility has had no complaints and no voilation for the 3 year period before 9/1/08
