I paid for a month, upfront, at this facility for my day, who actually stayed in the facility, less than 24 hours. When my father was rushed to a hospital from the facility on that first day, he never returned. I was assured that I would get a refund, however, they have ignored my numerous calls and not return any of the calls. I went to the facility to complain and no one was there to see me that had decision making authority.
