Mismanages medications, leaves Mom in shower naked for an hour, loses clothing and now, on top of a very high monthly rent has started charging for services formerly covered in rent. charges per pill of medication, laundry, changing light bulb, taking a shower, etc. Added over 500 per month, with no warning, no justification. The director of assisted living is a lying, smug woman who could care less about the care and comfort of her residents. Although some staff is excellent, I would never have put Mom there if I'd know that instead of a Catholic, caring community, they are indifferent to the resident's concerns.
