Horrible care

My relative has only been there a week and already had a(fall) they said its uncertain when she fell as they (the staff) had not seen her since 6pm my wife left at 6:15pm, they called us at midnight and reported that she had fallen but they were unsure when. This poor woman is at the end of her life only six months to live, and they will not let her have her pain medication until a certain scheduled time, the treat her with no respect grabbing her by the back of her pants to move her from chair to bed, and from toilet to wheel chair. It's a shame the town I love and adore has a place as horrible as this that treats seniors worse than animals.
