My Dad is a resident here and we have had one problem after another. The staff exploit the elderly by promising marriage, sex, and companionship for money. They start small then demand $100's a month. The Director did fire this woman but that did not stop her from contacting my Dad. Local law enforcement did nothing. Now they have someone in the laundry is charging him, requesting tips, etc. The Director has been informed more than once. Their response is that he shouldn't carry money, but lock it up. They have stolen or possibly lost a very nice comforter. They change records and documents to cover themselves. I guess they think they are untouchable. They have done some sneaky things like raising Dad's level without meeting with me and charging points for things they don't do. They lie to me about Home Health and I am really tired of dealing with them. I have called our local Ombudsman and I plan on writing my State Rep and Senators. We are also installing a nanny cam.
