Founded in 1993, Compassionate Care Hospice is a communtiy-based organization committed to providing the highest quality hospice care to patients and their families. We care for terminally ill patients with a wide range of illnesses including cancer, advanced cardiac, pulmonary and neurological disorders, ALS, AIDS, MS and any end-stage disease.

Compassionate Care Hospice believes patients are entitled to live as fully and comfortably as possible. We provide palliative care to reduce pain and control symptoms by tailoring a comprehensive program designed to meet the individual needs of the patient, family and caregivers. These services are provided in the home, independant living facility, asssited living facility, nursing home or hospitial.

Our mission is to affirm life during the final stages by providing holistic compassionate care to patients and their families by providing access to hospice care for anyone who is elgible, including underserved and difficult populations.
