I've had family members in this facility, and I've even worked for this facility off and on for a total of 11 years. The cnas are so overwhelmed BC the floor is never fully staffed. Call lights tend to go off for awhile BC once again, the cnas are in another room tending to another resident. The only time the office staff come out to help, even if call lights ate going off for several minutes, is when state surveyors are in the building. Residents don't receive the quality care they deserve and are paying for. Quality of care has drastically gone down over the past few years. bed bound residents don't get turned or repositioned every two hours, wheelchairs don't get cleaned but maybe once a month, and they don't get taken to the bathroom every two hours like they are supposed to. They are ranked 1.9 out of a possible 5 on the medicade and medicare government website. I highly would recommend taking your loved ones somewhere else if at all possible.
