My mother has been there for a year and it is NOT what it seems to be. She has spent days in her room when no one came by, we had to get a meeting just to get her room cleaned, the chef has left to go to another location and now the food is not even edible...runs out of food....not at correct temperature and the front office is often times unattended...my first visit I walked right past the desk down the hall and was NEVER confronted about who I was and what I was doing there. Please be advised that the care for your loved one is being compromised you decide this is the place. WE were warn you that you must go at least 3 times a week or your loved will be unattended.
