Don't get your money's worth!! Placed my mother there and she was wheelchair bound with dementia. They are terribly understaffed but some of their staff shouldn't be allowed to work with elderly people. Just show up unexpectely and see for yourself. My mother kept "falling" but she couldn't walk - much less fall. They did not keep her clean or her pants changed. She sat in soiled diapers and smelly clothes most of the time until I or another family member was there to insist she be changed. They didn't want to come off of their break to take her to the bathroom while she still knew she had to go. Their director is the biggest joke ever if he's still there. He shouldn't be. Their billing department, a.k.a. their director, is an idot and could not keep the billing straight. A new charge each month and she may or may not have needed it. It took calling corporate numerous times to get our money back and cleared up. She stayed about 1 1/2 months until we figured out they weren't going to improve no matter how many times we talked to them. We got her out of there and she is now in a place that takes care of her and keeps her happy and clean.
