RESIDENT ROOMS

* Mayfair House rooms offer traditional home furnishings but residents are encouraged to bring personal items such as a favorite chair and framed family photos with them. Rooms also include special features such as: o Fire-resistant construction with state-of-the-art automatic sprinkler, smoke and fire detection and alarm systems o 24-hour emergency call system o Handicap-equipped bathrooms o Ample closet space o Video monitoring in common areas

NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM

* Residents enjoy three nutritious meals daily and a snack. We can also provide most doctor-ordered special diets.

FEE STRUCTURE

* Mayfair House rents on a daily basis with no up-front entry fee requirements, ensuring your assets are available for investment or other options. Our fee structure is simple, based on a level of care your family member needs. A security deposit is all that is required to reserve the accommodation of your choice. Short-term “respite” care stays and hospice care are also available.
