From the beginning of visit with my parents Chancellor beautiful and clean Roxanne (marketing)kind, compassionate and knowledgeabel. We must have asked 500 questions. Lunch, delicious, many choices Apartment clean and well laid out Walking thru the facility, i saw staff members stop, smile, and talk to residents. Sometimes only briefly but they were never ignored.
