Resident & family reviews

Horrible place. Don't take loved ones here!

They harm more then they help. We told them Mom was active. She fell the first night she was there, they lied and said she had a heart attack and sent her to the hospital. The doctor figured out the truth. Mom had bed sores within 3-4 days. We had to hire sitters to sit with her overnight to protect her from the nurses. They nurses retaliated by being ugly-natured and unhelpful. They refused to give medication timely, they made up paperwork requirements, it was a nightmare. Management talked us into NOT getting hospice...I wish we had. Mom only lasted 6 days, but at that place, it was 6 days of hell...
