Terrible recent experience. They talk a good game, but nursing care in the rehab center is very poor. Infection is huge risk, no hand washing even when coming out of isolation rooms. The list of serious complaints is huge - and you can complain every day - nursing, social worker, administrator, but the family is the problem, nothing changes. A 2 week stay there set us back months, requiring surgery to remove the MRSA wound infection. Severe pain, MRSA positive in all wounds and nares after just 2 weeks.
