Resident & family reviews
Lack of attention, call buttons not answered, patients left for hours unattended, bed sores, I never saw them wash there hands, overmedicating especially pain meds, starving, water cups and drinks left for days on end, very very unsanitary, verbal abusive employees, patients falls not reported to family members, mixed up charts, lying employees, no bathing until insist, after 8 days, feces left in pants with no under garments on, not helping to commode, enimas and stool softeners given to control bowels for their convenience, if they mess up they lie for each other of they get reprimanded. Very unsatisfactory.
