I am a resident at this facility. Since I have been here, I have been verbally and mentally abused. The husband of the couple is a bully and threatening. He has threatened me with not getting fed because I didn't move fast enough. They illegally share your personal information with others, violating HIPAA laws. The husband fancies himself as a cook but some of the things he makes are absolutely disgusting. You are forced to eat it though because there is no other choice.
