NOT SO GRAND
My father did not receive the needed assistance for which he paid a
large amount. He was hospitalized with 5 compression fractures,
excruciating pain. I filed a complaint with the Dept of Health, state of
Ohio. My complaint was substantiated and Grand Court was issued a
citation. Dad is now in Trinity Community, Beaver creek, where he
receives excellent care.
