Terrible Service/High Price
Resident is left in room with little or no interaction from anyone within the
ALF staff. Resident has Alzheimer's and Dementia. Resident is not helped
with basic hygiene or showers. Resident is not greeted in a manner
suggesting the staff member cares about resident. Resident cries to not
be left there. Resident moves about room aimlessly. Resident was left to
take medication whereby staff member walked in and left without making
sure resident had taken medication.
