Brookdale Ontario, formerly Emeritus at Meadowbrook, is an Ontario, OR assisted living community. Located in the heart of Eastern Oregon’s farming community – just a short distance from Boise, Idaho – Ontario is a small community of 11,000; the majority of whom are involved in farming in one capacity or another.
