Best Memory Care

I would place my loved ones here any day. Regent Court is always clean, smells
great, and has the most friendly staff around. They truly care for their
residents. I highly recommend Regent Court!

Terrible- Would never want to put someone I care about here again!

Terrible- Staff seemed indifferent towards the people we care about.
The staff was always too busy to help us. When we arrived we couldn't
even find anyone to let us in. They did nothing to help anyone
staying there either. It was terrible- I would never put anyone in
there that I care about again.

Stay away from Regent Court at Corvallis

In March, we moved my father out of Regent Court after only 11 days due to the
poor care he was receiving. Regent Court has refused to refund any of the nearly
$9,000 we paid up front. I have tried to go through the arbitration process that
they said was the accepted procedure in the agreement we signed. Ignored all
letters and phone calls from the arbitrator, thereby refusing to participate in
the arbitration process.

Regent Court

My father was in Regent Court for 11 days before we had to move him out due to
neglect by staff. He has special dietary needs and was not getting enough to eat
despite my talking to staff about it. He also wasn't getting any sleep due to a
resident who screamed day and night. My father went very rapidly downhill during
the brief time he was at Regent Court. Regent Court has refused to refund any
monies or pro-rate the initial funds we paid them. They have not been
cooperative from beginning to end. I recommend that people considering this
facility look elsewhere.

Not where I'd like to have my dad.

When I visited (3x), the workers had rock music playing while they hung around
the living room area visiting with each other. They did not interact with us at
all and did not seem to be engaging any of the residents. The place did not
have a warm or welcoming atmosphere even though it did look clean and bright.

This is a horrible place with terrible care

We placed my father here after my mother died. We toured the
facility and the people were very nice and it seemed like it was the
perfect solution. It was horrible. After 8 days we found another facility
and moved my father. The care they promised was not given. He was
never dressed when we got there. They never put his hearing aids in. I
had to go every evening to get him undressed and ready for bed. The
evening staff were always hanging out at the front desk or hiding
somewhere. They told the residents they had a meeting every evening
after dinner. The residents were left for hours with no staff available. I
had to go find staff multiple times to help residents. There were times
I couldn't find anyone and had to call the main number on my cell
phone to get someone. We were not notified after he fell, which they
said they would always do. One evening they didn't feed him dinner.
Bottom line was he was not safe there, they did not deliver the care
they promised. We lost our deposit which was $4750.00 even though
he was only there 8 days.
PS My dad said the food was terrible!
