This was the first assisted living that my Mom lived in after a heart
attack/car accident/then stroke left her unable to live on her own. I
toured every facility in Montgomery and Bucks Counties and this was
my top choice. It is elegant?even posh?with a library, multiple living
room areas to sit and visit, a craft room, country kitchen stocked with
snacks, tea and coffee, a movie theater and an elegant dining room.
The best part is that there are a variety of programs to get residents
out of their rooms. My mom liked jewelry making, word games, and
musical programs that are held every week. The care was good. It is a
good choice if you have the money. The levels of care add up quickly,
and she was paying over $7500 per month. It would be a good choice
for sociable people who are going to take part in the activities.
Expensive for people who don't want to participate.
