My loved one was on the 3rd floor, and we told them the situation before we
moved in. Nothing was a problem. Once in and papers signed everything is
extra, helping them out of bed, extra for the meds because they didn't tell us
expressScripts would send zip pacs directly to them and save us money. they
don't HELP you they are interested in your money. $6k monthly for a half room
and 3 meals, everything else is extra. Things went missing, then they charged
us after we moved out for 30 days, claiming you must give them notice. They
know how hard it is to find a bed, especially medicaid bed. But we got charged
for those extra 30 days. You must go all the time to make sure things are
getting done.
