I am an employee of this facility. The managing company puts Wall
Street to shame when it comes to maximizing profits and minimizing
expenses. Just this past week we ran out of laundry detergent. How
cheap is that?! Management only bought more when employees
raised a stink about it. Some employees used their own money to buy
soap to do the laundry! Shameful!
We do get to have an employee Christmas party. We had to buy from
management's bake sale in order to fund it. YAY!
In a nutshell, we employees care about our clients as we would our
family. Management cares about the bottom line and puts little before
it and that is the ONLY reason for the SUBSTANDARD PERFORMANCE
rating here. Come on Horizon Bay, get with the program and stop
holding us back from becoming an EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
