I agree the smoke break is constant. The place is pretty the care is
horrible , I feel so bad for having put my grandmother into this awful
place We are looking hard for a new home for her where she is cared
for!

This place has been a nightmare both for my mother and for me.
There is no supervision of employees, residents are not cared for,
management makes no effort to see that it is properly run. The food
is worse than prison slop, workers spend more time on breaks than
actually working, the place is filthy. This facility puts on a great front
and has commercials that make it appear wonderful. I have finally
found a new place to move my mother to, and I am still in shock at
the difference. I have found residents with Alzheimer's roaming away
from the home, and the workers were not even aware. Promises will
be made, but never kept. The nurse is rarely available, turnover is
constant due to lack of leadership there. My mother's personal things
have been stolen to the point that I had to start keeping a daily
inventory.n When we first moved there, one of the workers told my
mom to stay in bed at night and just wet in her diapers. They were all
put to bed by 5:00, doors closed, lights out, and the employees to the
back porch to smoke and break all night.
