I feel that many staff members seem quit under qualified, and have noticed a lot of standard precaution errors repeatedly being done. I think that the recent management change has led to more focus on residents' quality of life, however, the main focus I believe should first be getting staff in order and then worrying about the extra things. Cares are often missed from what I've seen, and care-staff is quite unprofessional and under qualified from what I've seen.

I absolutely loved this assisted living. the staff were so kind and compassionate. The facility was so nice that it made me feel at home.
