My Mother was at this facility and most of the staff members don't do
what they are suppose to due for the seniors. One time, I came in and the place
smells so bad I almost got sick to my stomach. Only to find waste on the floor,
washer machine and in the corner was someone clothing with waste in them. It was
so bad flies was all on it. But that's not what made me very upset. I came
once a week and I tell them my mothers things are missing. Then I find her
clothing in with someone else things. And I have told them several time please
stop washing her things with others. Because not only does it cause a problem
but i have to go out every week and replace items. Because no one seem s to
care. They take her soap, toothpaste, and etc. and use on the lady that's in the
room with her. and trust me her things are labeled. So I guess no one can read.
Well then I came in and this time I found my mothers things being washed with
another person clothing. And all the staff I mean the supervisor do is say I
will get with that person. Well today if I was the state I would have closed
this place down. Because it was so nasty and smelled so bad. Please check this
matter out for me. I would hate for something serious to happen and I will be
forced to call her social worker.
