Lakewood assisted living in Valley, Al should be closed. The place stinks with a terrible order ( think overflowing toliets ) The carpet is dirty & coming up, the furniture is old and dirty, the rooms are dirty & the sheets, pillow cases and blankets are old & torn. The staff is rude, stupid and non caring. The kitchen door is left open & insects fly thur because there is no screen in the doors. The food is bland and over cooked. The cooks are nasty and don't wash there hands. Its a wonder somebody doesn't get sick.
