This facility is clean but has flies and there are too many residents to
one staff person. The staff members need to be more friendly when
someone walks in but they are too busy trying to take care of the
ones they have to take care of anyone else. Call lights going off and
left unanswered for too long of periods and patients are treated like
nursing home instead of a home environment. The only part that I
could tell that could use a good overall was more caring staff
members and that would make a difference. Instead of a hurried up
staff member that comes across too busy too care.
