Brookdale Prescott, formerly The Peridot, is a Prescott, Arizona Assisted Living community for
seniors. Located one mile from historic Prescott, we are just far enough from the hustle and the
bustle of downtown, yet still close to the heart of this charming city of 40,000. We’re just off E.
Gurley Street which is one of Prescott’s main thoroughfares and gives us easy access to all that the
area has to offer, from its numerous museums to a lovely Victorian historical district to upscale
shopping centers and restaurants. In addition, there are several hospitals in the area. Brookdale
Prescott is between Yavapai Regional Medical Center’s two campuses, the VA Medical Center is just
four miles away and Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is ten miles from our
retirement community.
