Happy Valley Assisted Living Home

This assisted living facility, while beautiful to look at,is anything
but. We had our father there for 7 weeks and moved him out. The food
was processed and cold, there were no activities, and our father was
hospitalized twice while living there due to their hands off approach.
The manager, Debora, was so rigid and argumentative, we were unable to
deal with her any more. My father was afraid of her temper and dreaded
meals. They lied to us about what they were feeding him, and were
unable to even listen to reason when we tried to talk to them. The
house is dark and deserted except for a caregiver. We became
increasingly alarmed at how our father was treated. The manager had a
horrible temper, and intimidated my father. A beautiful house does not
an assisted living facility make. Don't even walk in the door. These
people are in it for the money.
