Autumn Care of Saluda

Nestled in the foothills of the North Carolina Smokies, atop the Saluda Grade, lies the historic little town of Saluda. Three quarters of a mile from Main Street is Autumn Care of Saluda, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. Our goal is to assist patients to become independent and return home and to make a home for those who remain with us as residents and family.
