Autumn Care of Waynesville

Autumn Care of Waynesville is a skilled nursing and rehab facility. We specialize in short-term and long-term care. The grounds include 12 acres of lawn and gardens. We have four courtyards and a beautiful front porch which overlooks the Smokey Mountains, all of which provide excellent sources for relaxation. The building is bright, clean and odor free. We have licensed speech, occupational, and physical therapist to provide therapy in our 1500-square foot state-of-the art therapy room.
