Built in 1992, Cumberland Health & Rehab is nestled in the mountainous foothill region of northeast Alabama.

Cumberland is a 100-bed short-term rehab and long-term care facility.

We strive to help residents reach their fullest functioning potential, and get them back home where they want to be. However, in some cases going home just isn’t an option.
