Covington Court Health and Rehabilitation Center provides long-term skilled nursing care and specialized rehabilitation services for residents of the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. Conveniently located just off I-540 West, Covington Court Health and Rehabilitation Center is situated on a large campus with separate buildings housing our Long-Term Care Center and The Rehabilitation Center.
