Food service has been average to poor for extended period of time. Lack of variety - same menu every week for past year; lack of consistency depending on cook of the day; broccoli/cauliflower or other root vegetable served almost every day with different names on menu to make it appear as if different vegetable served. Many complaints from residents, families, and staff are ignored by management.
