About Hacienda Nursing Facility

rizona’s first skilled nursing facility for infants, children, teens and young adults cares for medically fragile patients who require
frequent skilled nursing and respiratory interventions. Hacienda Nursing facility comes from a long tradition of excellence in pediatrics
and young adult care. For over 30 years our sister facility, Hacienda has been an esteemed Intermediate Care Facility for the Mentally
Retarded (ICF/MR) serving children, teens and young adults. Our parent company, Hacienda HealthCare, has been in the forefront in
recognizing special and unmet needs and providing services for the pediatric and young adult community. We developed Hacienda Nursing
Facility for those younger individuals who required a skilled nursing facility level of care, but still needed the level of social activity
of a typical young person.

Our staff consists of highly skilled and specialized Nurses, Respiratory Therapists and Certified Nursing Assistants. All members of our
staff have undergone strict screenings and extensive training to ensure excellence and the highest quality of care.
