Estrella Center is a licensed 161-bed skilled nursing facility located in the West Valley facing the
Estrella Mountains. We offer a 24 bed sub-acute care unit as well as a secured 29 bed Alzheimer's
care unit. We specialize in rehabilitation, pain management, IV therapy, wound care, long term care
and offer 24 hour RN coverage.
