Villa Rancho Bernardo Care Center

First issue: My grandmother has been in a few different locations and this is the worst ever. While on a visit, my sister went out and let the nurses at the nurses station that our grandmother needed to use the bath room. They said they would send someone in. After 16=5 min of waiting, my sister helped my grandmother to the bathroom. They never did come in while my sister was visiting. Second issue: We were called on a Monday around 4:30 to be told we can come get our grandmother since her time was up. What?? No one had given us idea that she would be leaving this week. We where able to find out that medicare would only pay for one more day and then after that she would need to leave or we would have to come get her. We made arrangements to pick her up on Wed to take her to her normal location, since she was in this place for them to work on her strength. third issue: I had informed them on tues that I would be picking up my grandmother around 2:30 on wed. I thought this way they could have her and all of her stuff ready. I show up there, and besides the nurse being rude, telling me that my grandmother was not on any new meds , so they would not be sending us home with any meds or prescriptions.....I found my mother in bed in a hospital gown. Once I found the clothes she did have I found them mixed in with someone else. The clothes were not packed up, but in a laundry bag on the clothes floor. I then got my grandmother dress. I then went out to the nurse and had to ask for someone to help take her out to the car. That person had the nerve to ask if she wanted to walk out or be wheeled out. I asked "isn't it policy to wheel them out, she said yes" I said "OK then we she will be wheeled out". once I took her back to her normal assisted care location I found they they changed her meds and we did not have the new ones... It took me many phone calls and two days to get the new meds all figured out. I do not know how they are still in business.
