Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, San Luis Care Centers’ in-house rehabilitation team uses state-of-the-art rehab equipment, such as the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®. Our caregivers welcome skilled nursing residents, short-term rehabilitation patients and post-operative recovery patients.
