My daughter was sent to Chelsea Place after surgery. The staff was inhumane
and rude. Male staff came in and out of her room for no reason; one actually
urinated in her bathroom with the door open in full view of my daughter. After 4
days, her surgery site became infected from lack of attention (she changed her
own dressings due to neglect). My younger daughter said "I didn't know places
like this existed in America."
