This place is a two time scabies infested, run down dump. Old run
into the ground, no heat, very low staffing for nursing aids, poor
attitudes. They lost my dad's glasses, most of his clothes and I do all
his laundry. Food is substandard quality, hallways and rooms smell
horrible, residents clothes are not changed for days at a time,
personal hygiene is not kept up on residents, nails not cut or clean
even after constantly complaining to staff. No daily help from staff to
clean teeth or shave residents that are unable to handle themselves.
This place is a such a mess and since was taken over is absolutely not
any better than it was before. Awful, Awful, Awful !
