San Jose Health and Rehabilitation - Terribly managed. One social worker for 120 Patients. No security, no respect for patient privacy or rights. Will bill you and Medicare and bill you again and say you were over allowed days when they did not bother to request more allowed days. Good nurses, aides and therapists, but no one communicates with each other, the patient or the family. Do not put your loved one here unless you plan to put in a lot of time ensuring your love one gets what the need.
