Consulate Health Care Of Jacksonville 1

I don't know what else to say! My mom was very ill and was
transferred to Consulate for rehabilitation directly out of the hospital.
She had been on a ventilator and had pneumonia. She arrived at
Consulate on a Wednesday afternoon and I was there until 4:30 with
her. When I arrived back on Thursday at 9am, my mother was
struggling to breath and her chest was rattling. Consulate did not give
her any of her medication on Wednesday night or Thursday morning.
While she was there, she should have had 4 breathing treatments and
only had 2. We had an ambulance take my mother back to the ER.
She ended up back in CCU. Thank God we checked on her. She could
have died! The people that worked there had NO COMPASSION! I
have since talked to several other people who also had bad
experiences. I would not send ANYONE to this facility!
