I have been trying to get the entrance fee refund back from Gulf Coast Village for over 3 1/2 years. Recently I have hired a lawyer to work for me to take it to court and force this facility to return the sizable refund to the estate. They are currently using the unit my father was in for a "guest suite". They are also using the refund as investment capital. Be leery of using this place as it can hold up the settlement of the estate for years.
