Heritage Park Rehabilitation And Healthcare

This is the most horrible place I have ever seen. The staff are mean
and completely incompetent! My friend who unfortunately is staying
here, was in "excruciating" pain on a Sunday night. The nurse on duty
and the supervisor kept saying they could not give her a high dose of
Ibuprofen without her Dr's approval! They BOTH claimed they put a
call into him. The next day the Dr said he never received a call and he
felt terrible. They also talk down the the patients and I heard one
staff person tell another to be careful with this patient who has
Alzheimer's. The other laughed and said..oh no, if she falls, it is
better..she is transferred to the hospital and out of our hands! All staff
should be fired at this place! Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
